Snow-Ice Hike at Cucamonga Peak

We started at 6 am and finished at 3:30pm. It would’ve been an easier hike but the mix of snow and ice made it extremely strenuous. Please come prepared with crampons and at the very least spikes. Other than that, it looked like winter wonderland. Such a beauty! The wind was low so we were thankful. By the time it was 1pm a lot of ice from the trees melted and kept dropping. Make sure to protect your head.
