Beautiful hike!
There were some really cool funnel webs and California peonies toward the beginning of the trail.
A few sections in the middle were dry and crumbly due to washout and then subsequent drying out.
The one section that caught me by surprise was a short but steep scramble down a rocky section just past the middle of the hike.
The last half, maybe a little more than that, was quite narrow. Highly recommend long pants and sleeves because you constantly are being brushed by chest high manzanita and a few other types of shrubs.
