The weather was overcast  as we drove to the trailhead. But as soon as we got there it had cleared, making seeing the city from above spectacular. At the start we took the 5 Oaks Trail, it was great and had some areas for good photo ops. Do watch your steps there were a few feces throughout the trail. As we approached the top it started to feel really chilly due to the breeze; and I was wearing a long sleeve and still felt cold. Going down we took the main trail. The way down felt pretty steep some parts i jogged down but I feel like it took a toll on my knees a bit. Overall loved the hike because there were wildflowers and it didn’t feel so trafficated on a Saturday morning.
