Started the hike right before sunrise. Great time to do it because it is a beautiful sight to see and plenty of parking. It was a bit cold in the morning but ending up being nice and sunny and not to hot. The hike itself was a pretty steady elevation gain. I did not feel winded. The trail was well maintained but make sure you pay attention an veer up rather then to the right of the strawberry trailhead sign because you can end up at strawberry meadow trail. Scrambling the last mile but beautiful once on top. Great starter peak and glad I was able to do this first.
