Strawberry peak was a beautiful hike! We chose to do this peak (because it is one of the shorter hikes) during the heat wave. We started early, but on our descent the temperatures reached over 90-100! With little options for shade, this may be a better hike for cooler weather. It all worked out, as we b-lined it for a 7-11 immediately after the hike to cool off with some Slurpees haha
