First time doing the mountaineers route to Strawberry Peak. It was a lot of fun and a bit outside my comfort zone, but not so much that it was my first time doing some class 3 scrambling, just not as long. Unless we can count Half Dome or Angeles Landing, but this was way different than either.
Only disappointing thing about the hike was losing my Nalgene bottle with 6 years worth of 6POPs stickers down and irretrievable ravine. Still sad.😉 Silver lining…better the bottle than me.
