The first third of the trail was easy, just a gradual uphill slope until the path crosses an ATV road. There, it was difficult to find where the trail went, as it was hidden behind a bush. Just jog to the right as you cross the ATV road and you should see it. From there it narrows down and winds around the side of the mountain. This is absolutely terrifying for people who hate heights! But if you can avoid looking down into the abyss, you'll see a sign for Strawberry Peak at the halfway point, about an hour in. That's when it gets tough. There are 4 false peaks which had to be crawled up as the trail was mostly sand and large rocks. Good amount of shade the whole way, and great views. My favorite so far!
