At the start of a new month, the trails from Stinson Beach to East Peak were bursting with energy of hikers, runners, and mountain bikers. Several canine companions braved the steepness of the Fern Creek Trail, and on the hilly segment of the Matt Davis Trail a leashed tabby was spotted strolling with the demeanor of a king.
This hiking experience could not have been more complete (dodging logs, chasing waterfalls, climbing ladders, photographing tree hollows, taking wrong turns, and waving at @KarlTheFog). What seemed like an endless number of steps later, I felt as if I had passed through almost all major ecosystems, with breathtaking views of the Pacific Coast.

Very interesting encounter with a leashed tabby besides all other wonderful experiences! It is so vast, I would have been scared if nobody is in my sight;)
