We got lucky with a beautiful sunny day that wasn’t too hot. Not too many people on the trail but the two main parking areas were full so we had to park a little further up the road.
We left south Orange County at 7:30, stopped at Buckman Springs rest area for the facilities and we were hiking by 10:00. 3 hours and 25 minutes round trip including photos at the top. It was actually a little breezy and chilly at the top but 70ish and sunny the rest of the time.
