Road suitable for all vehicles

Bugs:

Bugs were not too bad

Snow:

Snow free

Super great hike up to Palomar Mountain and the fire tower. Only one spot with bugs, quickly passed.

Had a short chat with the ranger at the fire tower then made my way back down.
