I joined the group to hike Mt. Diablo for 2 reasons, I want to experience to hike with a big group and I am not comfortable to hike alone?. It was cold in the beginning, windy but sunny. The last 3miles was rough, we took the eagle peak trail, it was a strenuous hike, very muddy when approaching the end of the trail. I completed the hike for 14miles with 4,092 ft. Elevation gain (according to my Iwatch).
