Parking Lot opposite the candy store off Ortega Highway

Minor obstacles posing few problems

Snow free

Beautiful time of the year to hike this trail. The last half mile is the only real challenge. The path was eroded in many parts by recent rains and some hiking has to be done on either side of these small gulleys or in the middle. Stunning views when you summit and great view of San Jacinto in the distance.
