4th Peak.
Coming back from a 3 week vacation with no physical activities and little bit of jet log, I wanted to challenge myself so I pick El Cajon.
Started around 7 AM and it was still a little bit chilly. I could not wait for the sun to came over the hill/mountain. With the ups-and-downs of the trail it sure was a challenge. I was sweating a lot, my blouse was soaking wet. I could feel my sweat dripping from my back and from the brim of my hat. I would suggest to bring a LOT of hydration. Made it to the peak in 2 hrs and 26 mins. What a spectacular 360 view. It was worth it.
With my bad knee, going down was more challenging than going up.
