After hiking Cuyamaca and Stonewall peaks earlier in the day, we finished up with beers and bbq pizza at Julian Beer Company.  Once we were done, we drove about a mile in a half from Julian to trailhead.  Once started on the hike, it felt like the trail just went straight up for over a mile.  There was some light snow from a recent storm, and we approached the summit around 2:30.  We had a quick snowball fight at the summit, took a summit pick, and decided to get back to the car, as we had a long drive home.  The views from the top were beautiful to the west, and we could see Anza Borrego State Park to the East.
