Intermittent snow – not hard to cross

Right after the storm the snow covered trail was just gorgeous. I was happy to have my micro spikes but most others used none. Near the top the snow was a foot deep and windchill was noticeable. The rest of the trail was a pleasure and I took endless pix. I met a vole (field mouse), which kinds posed for some pix as well.
