Our group of 25 women lucked out on weather during our hike (it snowed the next day!). We started at Chantry Flats trailhead and took Sturtevant Trail. After a quick detour to see a waterfall, we hiked through pretty spring wild flowers, alongside a beautiful creek and finally through a series of switchbacks to reach the summit. The last mile was hard for me being my first big hike but I made it and celebrating with my fellow wander women made it all worth it. I hope to do this trail again, it’s a beautiful hike!
