Awesome hike! We started at about 7:45 am and all the most strenuous parts were shaded. Went to the Sedona Outlook and spent about 15 minutes taking in the spectacular views. Then we hiked back to the junction and over to the North Canyon Overlook. We spent around 30 minutes hanging out on the rock ledge there taking in the amazing views and eating snacks. There were only a few people that showed up while we were there as opposed to numerous that came and went while we were at the Sedona Overlook. Saw a snake, a handful of lizards, and a couple of cocoons with caterpillars trying to get out. Great day!
