June 21 was World Naked Hiking Day so I took the challenge. I hiked naked from the trailhead to the summit and back down to the Wilderness Boundary. It was a real thrill. Fortunately, or unfortunately, depending on your perspective, there weren't many hikers that day, so I didn't have to explain myself to very many people. None of the hikers I met knew of the important status of the day. I was all alone at the top so there was nobody to take my picture. My daypack next to the summit sign photo will have to suffice for evidence that I was there. Did anyone else take the Naked Hiking Day challenge?

  1. Didn’t happen if you don’t have a picture. Hikertrash uncensored facebook group has plenty of evidence of participants in this sacred solstice practice. Another fun challenge is E.S.P.N *every Sierra pass naked*
