Sonia Pancratz
I enjoy hiking and exploring our beautiful world. I started hiking when I was very young. I grew up in a small town near an Indian reservation in Arizona, and the Grand Canyon was my playground. My family were some of the first settlers to raise a family on the rim of the Grand Canyon and take the first hikers/tourists to the river and beyond.
I continue to help others reach their summits and goals as a hiking Ambassador and leader in women’s and coed hiking groups. I have also enjoyed scuba diving with sharks, skydiving, horse jumping, backpacking in different countries and here in the USA. I’ve been a professional photographer for nearly 20 years and also an RDH. I currently reside in SOCAL with my family and have done all the SIX Pack of Peaks challenges here several times as well as Mt. Whitney etc… I look forward to doing them each year. Let’s Go!

Tony Ramos
I started hiking in 2008 and helped start up LA Trail Hikers. I joined the Six-Pack Of Peaks Challenge in 2016 and found that it was a great challenge for me and others. I continue to push my limits, including recently signing up for my first 50 mile race. I always look forward to meeting other hikers on the trails and sharing stories. Lucie Sinsabaugh
Hi all! My name is Lucie and I am avid hiker and explorer. I love traveling, hiking and backpacking! I am a weekend warrior and live for time spend outside hiking, climbing, backpacking, camping or kayaking. I am currently living in Portland, Oregon and getting more and more into legit mountain climbing, which is super exciting. I am originally from Prague and traveled and lived all around the globe which opened up lot of opportunities for me.
I have completed Central Oregon Six Pack of Peaks Challenge in 2019, but also summited most of the peaks in the Arizona, Southern California, and Bay Area challenges over the last few years. I love bagging peaks and enjoying the view!

Rebecca Sowards-Emmerd
Rebecca's favorite outdoor activity is peak bagging and she’ll go out of her way to stand on top of any named peak along any hike. She has been sharing her outdoor adventures on her blog, calipidder.com, since 2004 and is still shocked that anyone other than her mom reads it.
Software product manager by day, Rebecca appreciates working for a company with a strong work-life balance and generous vacation allowance. This gives her the ability to travel and explore, although since moving to Bend, Oregon in 2016 she hasn’t felt the need to stray too far from home for adventure.
