I live in San Diego.  Started hiking in 2020 when my daughter's health teacher at Palomar Jr. College gave bonus points for every peaks completed in the Mission Trails Park (5-Peak Challenge).  From there went on to hike other peaks in San Diego.  We used these hikes to prepare for a one day South-Rim to South-Rim day hike in the Grand Canyon.  Down South Kaibab trail to the Colorado River then up Bright Angel Trail.  In the Summer, we hiked the North0RIm to South-Rim with two night of camping.

I enjoy the time on the trail.  And looking for other placed to hike and explore.  We keep returning to the Grand Canyon, Painted Desert, Petrified Forest and Arches.  Looking forward to Canyonlands, Bryce and Zion.
