Life long hiker and runner – mostly hiking now.  I just finished the West Highland Way in Scotland (100 miles) and the Tour du Mont Blanc in France, Italy, Switzerland (110 miles).  I love the mountains and try to summit a peak once a week while spending the rest of the days training on local hikes.  So blessed and grateful to live in Southern California.
