I just started hiking early of this year and decided to sign up for the SoCal six pack of peaks challenge in February 2022, but I cannot believe I would be able to complete the challenge by April 2022! I also completed all 12 Socal peaks by June 2022 and hiked Mt Whitney twice this year in June 2022 and July 2022! The more you hike, the impossible becomes possible! Hiking is enjoyable with people who are helpful and supportive and motivate you along the way. I’ve hiked with so many groups and made so many new friends.
