Okay, I am very late in posting my hikes, but I am working to get caught up. We did this hike first, as was suggested
Mount Elden
1st peak completed was Mount Elden in Flagstaff. Been passing it for years; finally stopped and hiked the trail. Seems like it took me forever
Breathtaking Views!
Bear Mountain is short but it always surprises me how long it takes. Maybe because the views are so incredible that you are stopping continually.
Weakened Knees
Elevation gain was almost immediate. For me, this wasn't a walking hike, it was a climbing hike. Plan on stair climb almost the entire way
