My final hike of the summer challenge felt more like winter to me. Low 30’s at the start, wind blowing on the way up and
Trail is pretty rocky and was a little challenging because of that. Saw 3 tarantulas walking around towards the top of the mountain, pretty cool.Â
Amazing summit! Â Loved climbing the sandstone. Â Note that the trailhead is across the road from parking and not the first summit!
We tackled both Sedona summits in one day, beginning with Wilson Mountain, as the sun was rising with canopies of color all around us, ascending
