Mount Elden

Challenging climb but great views along the way. View of Humphreys from the top was pretty nice. Had to hustle because of storm clouds rolling

Nice short steep hike.  In the past I’ve done Elden, Sunset, Heart loop.  Makes for a longer hike but it’s all downhill after the Elden

Generally the trail was in great condition,  however an area where the trail rocks had been washed, someone built 2 large cairns up the center
