Camped Friday night at Javelina CG. Took the suggestion of starting at North Wilson TH where there was less people in the morning and pit

It was a challenging hike narrow trails with a lot of loose rocks. The weather was warm (glad we went up early).  I was struggling

Very nice trail. FABULOUS views of Mt. Humphries.  AWESOME weather!! Saw a rattlesnake 3/4 of way down trail. GREAT hiking group!!

The views. I did this hike 30 years ago and forgot how beautiful it is.
