After yesterday’s never ending hike, we wanted something simpler. So, we took the Gaviota Peak trail, which is a fire road. Parking at the trailhead

Beautiful hike on the road to the top and nice, cool, clear day. Stopped at the hot springs on the way down. I did it!

Woohoo ???? number six of the central California six pack of peaks. After all the rain this year I really didn’t think Gaviota would open

Beautiful weather for this hike/run! We did a counterclockwise loop to get better ocean views, however the trail was very overgrown starting around 1.25 miles
