After 6 of us completed Lassen, we stopped by the visitor center for a quick lunch, then 4 of us set off to climb Brokeoff.

It was a beautiful day to hike with clear visibility and ample sunlight. The first mile was relatively snowfree, with just one or two trails

The trails were practically non existent as everything was still covered in deep snow. We had crampons and one even had snow shoes but traversing
