I waited for a good weather window to hike Mailbox Peak when there would be a view. Sunday’s forecast called for partly cloudy/ sun starting

This was my third time at Mailbox.  My first attempt was cut short after the talus field due to heat exhaustion.  I reclaimed the summit

Hiked old trail up, new trail down. This trail tested me, especially with the current snowy conditions which made it an extra slog going up
