El Cajon Mountain
My second time and I managed to beat my time by an hour+. Windy at the top, but worth the view and mental/physical challenge.

Mount Woodson via Fry-Koegel Trail

High Point Palomar
Solo hiked the High Point and the parking was nearly empty with the exception of 3 cars. The first 2 miles were brutal and steep.
