Started near Stinson Beach around 7am, then walked to the Dipsea Trail. We took a wrong turn and nearly ended up going to Muir Woods,
Jeff, our fearless leader, proposed a group hike awhile back, and today was the day! I set my alarm for the insane hour of 5:00
I live in Marin County, about 15 minutes away from mount tam so i was very familiar with the location but I had never done
This hike was the longest one I've done to date- it was a beautiful hike but i definetly went the longest way possible on accident.
It was about 95 degrees by the time we were close to the summit so the last 0.3 miles up to the lookout point was
I went with my Dad and the steep hike didn't seem to phase him. But for me, it was HARD. It was easily over 90
