Started out at the Chantry Flats parking lot at around 6:30 AM, we lucked out getting there when we did, the parking filled up amazingly
Hike was fabulous! Hiked with friends, new and old. Started at sunrise and it was pretty chilly but warmed up once the sun came out.
It was very hot and I started very late. It was very crowded on the way up but it cleared out quickly on the way
There was a little snow still on the upper switchbacks and along saddle. Glad to have my micro-spikes for traction. Had lunch at the summit
