Very chilly wind but after we started hiking there were some warm spots and not terribly bad. We had to wear Yaktrax in our shoes
I've hiked Mt Baldy several times via the Baldy Bowl Trail and the Devil's Backbone Trail, but did not even know that the Register (Hell)
Was a crazy cold hike, challenging, and one of those you will never forget
Very strong winds and freezing temperatures. It was amazing!
