Cucamonga Peak

There was a good amount of slush and snow on the trail once I got up to the saddle. Ice was starting to fall off

I tried this hike in March and April but conditions weren't safe to summit, watching the weather closely this seemed to be the day. Perfect

Another great hike & once again great weather.  Met some real nice people on the trail.

Today I hiked from Icehouse Canyon Trailhead to Etiwanda Peak and then over to Cucamonga Peak (Peak 8 of my 12 Pack of Peaks Challenge).

Kids think this peak is Cuckoo Monkey Peak and laughed every time they said it.  Beautiful day before the rain comes!  Could not see the
