Cucamonga Peak

A day before we were to leave, we happened to read blogs of hikers who stated that they needed microspikes to summit Cucamonga Peak less

It was a good start, beautiful views and we made it all the way to saddle back but when we continued to Cucamonga peak there

Still snow/ice on trail past saddle, micro spikes make it easier but not required. Planned to spend the night but the wind blew me off.
