Mount San Jacinto

Beautiful day but lots of bugs the first 3 miles in. Thunder and rain nearby but no drops fell on us. Lots of friendly hikers

I've hiked this peak several times and today for some reason was the easiest and most comfortable hike. Still kicked my butt but not nearly

Super scenic, gorgeous rock formations! Sign said 5.3 miles to the summit. It was more like 6.6.

Strenuous, very beautiful,  lots of greenery,  some wild flowers,  beautiful manzanita,  great weather, wonderful views

This was the hardest climb by far. I felt this incline right from the beginning and the last mile was quite difficult and I understand
