Long – 16 miles total – but not technical. Gradual incline, beautiful views, lots of shade. Sadly Observatory at the top was closed for the

Woke up at 4 am in San Clemente to get an early start on the trail. After breakfast and driving up, I arrived at 6:15.

Foggy, clouds, rain. Great hike though. Shortly after approaching the campground we were soaked and remained that way for the duration.
