My better half (aka Joan) led the way as we hiked up San Bernardino Peak for the first time ever ! Accompanied by lotsa noisy
Long, but not too steep. Temperature wasn't bad at the higher elevation.
We did the San Bernardino Divide Trail. Started at Vivian Creek, went up Gorgonio, took the Divide trail to Bernardino and went down at Angelus
Weekday hike. We encountered a total of 11 people the entire day! The weather was perfect, sunny, no clouds, low 70's.
Weather was perfect. Â The trail was uncrowded; we saw only 11 people over the 16 mile hike.
Cold weather all the way to Gorgonio and windy, then it got hot on the other side as we headed to San Bernardino Peak took
