San Bernardino Peak

Started out about 7:30 am did not expect it to be so hot  Once past the campground started to hit patches of snow some hikers

Good, well marked trail.  Up to a half dozen fallen trees cross the trail.  Last 2 or 3 miles trail almost completely covered with snow

Amazingly beautiful day with perfect temps, but the snow on the last mile was incredibly treacherous. Not long after the campground an ax and crampons
