San Bernardino Peak

Weather was perfect.  The trail was uncrowded; we saw only 11 people over the 16 mile hike.

Cold weather all the way to Gorgonio and windy, then it got hot on the other side as we headed to San Bernardino Peak took

We did the San Bernardino Divide Trail. Started at Vivian Creek, went up Gorgonio, took the Divide trail to Bernardino and went down at Angelus

Weekday hike. We encountered a total of 11 people the entire day! The weather was perfect, sunny, no clouds, low 70’s.

This is a beautiful hike! Sweeping views of the nearby mountains never get old on this hike. Saw some deer, and plethora of little lizards.

Finished my 3rd peak in June with the “beast” aka San Bernardino — nice to have good weather & still see more snow patches this
