Santiago Peak

After more than a month vacation of mostly just eating and sleeping with no outdoor activities, I was eager to get back into hiking and

Parked at the k-rails which block the actual trail head parking.  First two miles were steep so watch your footing on the way back down. 

This was peak #10 for us, definitely not one of the easy ones! The peak is not pretty but the beautiful wild flowers and tons

We took Cadillac to Joplin, which, apparently, is on private property. Alltrails has warnings about people getting ticketed, so use this route at your own
