There's no shade! It was around 80°, went through almost 3L of water and definitely sunburned. The bugs were irritating especially at the summit but

Several false peaks before you get to the top, which was a bit of a butt-kicker.  Enjoy fresh strawberries and a bit of pink champagne

Great climb to the top. Many hikers along the way but not crowded. Beautiful weather and the view was phenomenal.

Perfect weather for a Memorial Day hike up to Strawberry Peak with my friends and his dog.  A few steep sections but overall maybe one

Great first hike to knock out all 12! Only just over 7 miles round trip, definitely the final few ups and downs are rough but
