Since the trail has no shade, the chilly weather was perfect condition to hike. Surprisingly easy to hike the 3rd time though the false peaks
Today was an epic hike. This was my 2nd time doing Strawberry Peak and we had a bit more time, so we decided to hike
Sunny cold day and the trail was mostly dry with a few wet spots and no ice.
Peaked in a cloud. Beautiful weather at start. Clouds came in while at peak. No views. Wind picked up on way down. Beautiful hike!
Started around 7am and still very cold. Not much people along the trail but once we were on the peak, a few group already congregated
