The day after Christmas felt like everybody and their brothers were there. I have hiked this trail several times but never have I seen it so busy. It looked like an escalator of people. The newer parking area are nice but I had to park in the third one and then only because someone was leaving.
Still it is neat to talk to someone who was at the top for the first time, the one most climb. But of course, we went to the tippy top.
