Fantastic Hike
Trail May have had ups and downs- but my spirit was all up. Well hydrated and just did my own pace and I felt fantastic.
Her dogs name is Bear.
Neat spot, nice mild trails, heard some spirits near top. Awesome views. Met some cool people along the way. Had a blast.
El Cajon
Tough hike and bring plenty of water and good shoes. The elevation gain is intense. Watch out for snakes, we saw 3 or 4.
Easy Day hike…not!
Set out a little after 7am…2 hrs. 20 min. up and 2 hrs. 40 min. down. Quads hurt more coming down than up. Do this
