Steep grade out of the gate – cool this morning and windy on the way up.  Got pushed around a bit because of the wind.
Windy on the ascent – expected wind of 10 mph at the top… but the worst was on the way up. Once at the summit
Top of Colorado!   Nice hike steep at times and apparently the Texans think there are 5 false summits?   I’ll give you three. Â
Training for a 10 mile trail run at the end of September so figured this would be a great trial to see how things shake
