Where there’s a will, there’s a Wilson
Whew! Did Mount Wilson today, officially the longest hike I have ever been on! Started at around 8am and got down around 4pm. All honesty,
Santiago and Modjeska Peak babyyyy
Weather was in the 60s with intermittent cloudiness. I have to say of all the peaks I've done so far, Santiago is my least favorite.
Strawberry Peak
Perfect conditions for a hike! Trailhead was above the clouds/fog which provided great scenery even tho the LA Basin was not visible. Temps were ideal
Piestwa Peak
Trail conditions were great. Beautiful weather with a 6:30 start time. Short yet challenging.
The camelback
Beautiful morning. Lots of people on the trail
Flatiron via Siphon Draw
My biggest problem with this trail was how difficult it was to navigate after the saddle. Otherwise it was all in all incredible!
Sawmill Mountain and the 3-2-1
Hiked the 3-2-1: 3 peaks, 2 counties, 1 day. Hit Mount Pinos, Sawmill Mountain, and Grouse Mountain, then got curious and hiked out to Cerro
Sitton Peak
This hike had lots of different scenery. Loved hiking through the section that looked like a meadow! Lots of colorful flowers along the way too.
Sitton Peak
Easy hike, last part steep but short. Lots of bugs and heard a rattlesnake.
