2 peak weekend – blood albinos

I didn’t see any blood albinos but there is a legend about them on Hicks Rd.  Mining people that never saw the sun!

Did Mt. Umunhum a day after Black Mountain.  I had scoped it out as a possible 2 peak weekend and it worked out.  My buddy and I camped nearby and did both peaks on a hot weekend.  I remember this was the weekend that Seattle went over 100 degrees!

The heat got to me a bit but this was a relatively easy hike as far as the six pack goes.  Great info at the top, fun hike and my second time to the summit.
