2021 Crampons to Cucamonga

Back to Icehouse Canyon for the second time this week, and peak number 6 on the SoCal 6POP – Challenge Completed! Now just 3 more to go ???????? Crampons were definitely needed after the Cucamonga Saddle. It was about 50/50 for the section between Icehouse Canyon Saddle and Cucamonga Saddle, but I wore mine the all the way from Icehouse Saddle. There was a lot of exposed dirt trail, but when it was snow/icy, crampons were essential. Full trip report will be on my blog (at the link above)
