It was hot on the trail. Shade was welcome respite from exposed areas. Mostly shady. We got a mildly early start around 8:30
First hike of the 6-pack for the Coastside 6-packers. Hiking Buddies were awesome. No hikers left behind, snacks shared and great convo up and back.
Recommendations:
Don’t hike 10 miles the day before.
Don’t give blood the day before.
Hiking poles help.
Can’t wait to plan the next one.
